If Mr. Bruni thinks conservative Christians are intolerant …

In a New York Times column entitled Your God and My Dignity: Religious Liberty, Bigotry and Gays, Frank Bruni allows the religious liberty of conservative Christians in “pews, homes and hearts.”

Do you find it interesting that he omits “their” freedom in newspaper op-ed columns, which is enshrined in the same constitutional amendment that guarantees free expression — including public expression — of religion? Should one wonder press freedom is not on his list for “them” as it obviously is for himself?

If Mr. Bruni thinks conservative Christians are intolerant, Sharia will be a real eye-opener for him.
