Discerning the designer’s intention

Discerning the designer’s intention isn’t usually very difficult.

Consider the image above. Do you have any trouble figuring out which pairings are designed for each other?

Now think for a moment about human sexuality. One individual and that person’s partner stand before a mirror in their birthday suits.

A society is deeply confused — or badly deceived — when it can’t figure out what was designed to go together and what wasn’t.
