Dell’s customer care people

the new Dell Mini 12 has a faulty audio jack … repair was going to take up to two weeks to send it off and get it back… but Dell’s customer care people are sending a replacement machine and I can keep working while I wait for it to arrive … it wasn’t their first choice, but they did the right thing
